What is your returns policy?

We hope you love your purchase but if not it can be returned for an exchange or refund. Returned goods must be in perfect condition and returned within 14 days. No refund for any return postage costs will be made.

Who designs and makes your products?

All of our items are designed and made by us!

Where are your products made?

Our products are all individually made by hand in our studio in Gloucestershire, England.

What fabrics do you use?

We use a mixture of digitally printed and hand dyed 100% cotton fabrics to ensure that Max & Rosie products are as individual as our customers. All digital prints are exclusive to M&R so you can be confident that you won't see these designs anywhere else. We also use some of our favourite designer fabrics from people like Alexander Henry, details of which will always be in the product info. Any items which do not use 100% pure cotton fabrics will state these elements in the full product description.

How can I care for my purchase?

How do I pay?

We accept payment via Paypal or credit/debit card. All orders must be paid for in full before any goods will be despatched.

How will my order be delivered?

We know you want to receive your purchase as soon as possible so we send all of our parcels via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. All UK orders are FREE P&P as standard. Deliveries to Europe cost £3 P&P for orders up to £14, £4.50 P&P for orders up to £34.99 and £7.50 for orders of over £35. Deliveries to the rest of the world cost £3.50 P&P for orders up to £14, £5 P&P for orders up to £34.99 and £11 P&P for orders of over £35.
